Taylor joined the firm after five years as an Assistant Attorney General with the Texas Attorney General’s Office litigating cases involving the state’s largest agency—the Texas Department of Transportation. During that time, Taylor served as lead attorney on tort, employment, and real estate cases from inception to jury trial and appeal in State and Federal courts. In addition to his time in the courtroom, Taylor gained valuable insight advising and counseling clients on best employment practices, litigation avoidance, and proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Texas Workforce Commission.
