Rebecca enjoys helping clients navigate complex disputes and develop practical solutions to challenging legal issues. As a trained trial advocate, she works closely with clients to analyze risk, develop litigation strategy, and efficiently resolve disputes.
Before joining the firm, Rebecca practiced as a litigation associate at McGuireWoods LLP, where she represented clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies in complex civil litigation. Her work spanned a variety of matters, including insurance recovery, products liability, environmental contamination, regulatory disputes, and other high-stakes commercial litigation.
Rebecca earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she distinguished herself in the school’s nationally recognized trial advocacy program. She was inducted into the Order of Barristers and received the Robert Goldberg Award in Trial Advocacy. Rebecca also served as President of the Trial Bar, Captain of the National Trial Team, and Senior Notes & Comments Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review.
During law school, Rebecca gained additional litigation experience with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of North Carolina and the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
Rebecca graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Georgia Honors College, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Spanish.
