This session will explore the intersection of citizenship discrimination under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and national origin discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The sessions will also discuss the lawful screening of applicants based on immigration status and the importance of same in the face of recent DOJ settlements with the likes of Facebook and Apple.
